Alexander Tyunkin
Alexander Tyunkin was born in 1986 in Melitopol. In 2006, he graduated from an art school in Stavropol (easel painting), and in 2012 - Kharkov State Academy of Design and Arts (monumental painting). Alexander is a member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 2012 .
The artist is versatile and works in various genres, such as subject-themed and landscape paintings, portraits and still life. Alexander's paintings are distinguished by their light color, based on bright, open colors. The artist’s landscapes are permeated with light and air, the lighting is especially lively and realistic in his canvases, which is transmitted taking into account spectacular and precisely selected details, expressive shadows and reflexes. The author often chooses simple motifs, which, thanks to the color scheme and his skill of transmitting the lighting, he turns into interesting paintings. Performed at a high professional level, the paintings of Alexander Tyunkin subtly convey the mood of nature and the artist himself, and won’t leave the connoisseurs of modern painting indifferent.
Alexander is an active participant in national, regional and international exhibitions. The artist's paintings are present in private collections in Russia, Ukraine and abroad.
