Ihor Khmil

Ihor Khmil was born in Ivano-Frankivsk in 1962. From an early age he showed a talent for painting, and later developed his talent in art school. Then he studied at the Faculty of Graphic Arts of Ivano-Frankivsk Pedagogical Institute. The wonderful world of art fascinated the artist so much that painting became the main occupation of his life.

Artist lives and works in Ivano-Frankivsk, often participates in art exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. He has earned a reputation as a true master of still lives in the style of hyperrealism, which impresses with its perfection and accuracy of details. Its colorful urban landscapes are also widely known. The author has created many works with landscapes of his native Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Kyiv and other cities.
